Our house, built in 1900, with stunning views of the sea, cliffs, and surrounding fields. Ideally located just 12 km from Dieppe, 5 mn from Varengeville-sur-Mer, and 12 km from Veules-les-Roses, it offers a peaceful and unique setting for your stay.

Picture an exceptional coastal landscape: waves gently lapping the cliffs, with breathtaking sunsets extending all the way to Saint-Valéry-en-Caux. Here, the Côte d’Albâtre unveils its full splendor. The GR21 hiking trail, voted the most beautiful in 2019, is just a few metres from the house.

Just a 10-minute walk will take you to the beach, where the adventure begins. Or, a 20-minute walk (or 5-minute drive) will take you to a feast of freshly caught fish at Quiberville. Coastal escapades await, ready to reveal their secrets. Your adventure starts here! 🏖️🏠✨

Your haven of peace awaits you at Villa Chante-Brise. With its seaside charm and 170 m² of lovingly renovated grounds, this house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, including the youngest, in any season. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Cancellation 31 days before arrival : deposit refunded
Cancellation between 30 and 10 days: deposit retained unless the week has been re-let
Cancellation 9 days before arrival or « no-show »: deposit retained and balance requested

50% deposit to confirm booking by bank transfer or credit card by online booking . We do not accept credit cards on site.
The balance must be paid on arrival
tourism tax : 2.86 euros/person > 18 years/day.
Deposit: 300 euros
End-of-stay cleaning required: 85 euros.
